It boggles my mind how most people today wouldn’t be caught dead with:
an outdated phone (more than five years),
an old TV set (over 10 years),
an old Desktop or Laptop (over 10 years)
Some can’t imagine a life without asking “Hey Google” or “Hey Alexa”. Yet they still need to use MEASURING CUPS when cooking or baking IN THE UNITED STATES. Help me understand this insanity. You think it’s an accident that NUTRITION FACTS are listed in grams? Not only is measurement by weight rather than volume more accurate, it is how every food package is labeled. It’s less to clean as well as a time and money saver.
You can find decent digital food scales for as low as $10 that may be 2/5 gram increments or for just under $25 a precise exact measurement, either or will be more accurate than using cups. The ONLY time I will use Tablespoons or teaspoons (lowercase t was intentional) as measurements in recipes is because unless you have a microgram scale that can measure a fraction of a gram ur scale won’t be as accurate. Please help end the lunacy and switch to Metric.
